HR Officer/Junior Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stafford Motor Company, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our organization forward. You will collaborate closely with HODs to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end hiring process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our Company by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.

Responsibilities

Partner with recruitment Companies/Institutes to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates from Universities and technical institutes.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’, qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and organize job fairs, assessments, interviews, and other

hiring-related events all across the island.

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and guidance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline and improve

recruitment processes, tools, and systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HR system.

Prerequisites

Professional Qualification in Human Resources or Bachelor’s

degree in Human Resources from a recognized University/ Institute. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or

similar role, preferably in the same sector, In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing

techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

Strong communication, Interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.”

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage

multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other, recruitment software is a must.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and cornfidentiality.

Assist with onboarding activities for new hires as needed.
