Samson Rubber Products (Pvt) Ltd, a member of the DSI Samson Group is the foremost manufacturer of Moulded Rubber & Plastic products for domestic & international markets. Our factories are based in Galle, Dompe and Dalugama.

We are looking for experienced, energetic self-motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to join our factories. There is a vacancy for the above position at Dalugama Plant for immediate engagement depending on the competencies of the suitable candidates who look for a career with us.

Responsibilities

Responsible for HRIS related operations

Handle onboarding process of all new employees

Generate system report letters and other HR related documents

Set up Key performance Indicators of in the SBU

Identify training needs of each levels of employees and coordinate the training facilities resources

Responsible for employees attendance / payroll and other admin functions of the SBU

Requirements

Professional qualifications in HRM

Minimum 2 years experience in working with HRIS (MIHCM, PeopleHum, Cemex, BetterHR)

3 years of experience as an HR Assistant in a manufacturing industry would be an advantage

Having a good relationship with 3rd party vendors is a plus point

Age below 30
