Qualifications
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Time & Attendance and Leave Management using HRIS systems.
Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or related field (SLIIT, NIBM, CIPM, or equivalent preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
