HR Internship

Location: Colombo 02

What you will do

Assist with HR administration tasks such as maintaining files and record-keeping.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding process.

Compile reports and assist in data analysis for HR metrics.

Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events.

What equips you for the role

Undergraduate in Human Resources Management/Business Management or, Partly qualified in PQHRM.

Required skills to be successful

Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala.

Good Interpersonal skills.

Be a good team player with can do attitude.
