HR Intern – Recruitment Learning & Development
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment by assisting in job description creation, job advertisements, interview scheduling, and document coordination.
Liaise with selected candidates to confirm offer acceptance and ensure timely submission of required documents before their Date of Joining (DOJ).
Assist in organizing and coordinating Learning & Development initiatives, including training logistics and feedback collection.
Maintain HR records, including the careers email inbox and asset allocation requests, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Support HR engagement activities and provide assistance in other HR functions as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
