HR Intern

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Intern located in Colombo. As a Human Resources Intern at Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka, you will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. This is an on-site role that offers the opportunity to work closely with our passionate team in Colombo.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices

Familiarity with HR management and policies

Understanding of employee benefits administration

Experience or knowledge in personnel management

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
