HR Executive (Training & Development)
The ideal candidate should be between 25-32 years of age and well conversant in handling end-to-end processes functions and systems of Training & Development.
Fluency in English and Sinhala language is essential. Having worked in a reputed corporate entity in a similar position, while possessing a Degree in Human Resource Management or full or part qualification from Charted Institute of Personal Management is essential.
The remuneration package is attractive and negotiable which will be commensurate with experience and qualifications of the selected candidates.
