HR EXECUTIVE/HR ASSISTANT (RECRUITMENT)

Koombiyo Delivery (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established leading Cash on Delivery Service with having island wide branch network. We are looking for experienced candidate for the post of HR Executive/HR Assistant (Recruitment) at our Head Office located at Kotte.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

Draft and publish job advertisements on online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, topjobs, ikmanJobs).

Liaise with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems.

Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Assist with employer branding and career fairs/university outreach.

Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with Sri Lankan labor laws and company policies.

Support the HR team in general HR activities as needed.

QUALIFICATION

Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a corporate or consultancy environment.

Familiarity with local job boards, recruitment platforms and social media recruiting.

Good command of English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws is an added advantage.
