Alankulama Holdings is a Diversified Company Engaged in Various Businesses, such as Super Market, Bakeries, Pastry Outlets & Restaurant, Agri Farming etc.. We are looking for a dynamic & high performing individual to join our company in the following capacity to meet the rising demand & growth plan of the company.

HR Executive

You will be Responsible

Ensure Onboarding Process & Induction Programme including Proper placement of New comers.

Coordinate with Respective HOD’s and ensure the Performance Evaluations are conducted On time for Probationary employees and Proceed.

Proceed The Resignations/retirement/terminations of employment following the company clearance procedures and

Update Records accordingly.

Ensure timely Submission or Reports/Documents/Information required by Top management.

Monthly EPF & ETF payment processing.

Ensure Compliance to the existing Policies and Procedures.

Attend the Domestic Inquiries.

Provide Targeted Training Programs focused on Essential skills areas relevant to Core Operational departments.

Ensure HR Policies, Process and documentation comply with Srilankan employment Laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Work Experience.

Process Degree In Human Resource Management or Full professional Qualification In HRM Analytical Skills

Knowledge in MS Office package

Minimus 03 Years in similar Capacity.

Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills in Both Sinhala & English Language

Ability to work under minimum supervision

Excellent Communication, Teamwork and the Interpersonal skills.

HR Analyst

You will be Responsible

Work with Human Resource Management Teams with the Implementation Advancement/Developments of the Human Resource Information System to meet the Requirement of the Organization Running the Company Time & Attendance System Vis HRIS Software

HRIS operation handling/Employee shift assign/Shift changing etc…

Responsible for Payroll Processing

Initiates and drives Continuous Improvement for all relevant HR processes. Tools & Programmes

Check personal files before confirming for Salaries

Requirements

Process Degree In Human Resource Management or Full professional Qualification In HRM Analytical Skills

Knowledge in MS Office package & HRIS System

More than 3-5 Years in similar Capacity.

Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills in Both Sinhala & English Language

Age between 30-35 years
