Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall recruitment & selection process of all levels of employees
• Handle on boarding process of all new employees
• Analyse monthly manpower plan and fulfil the manpower requirement
• Set up Key Performance Indicators of employees in the SBU
• Identify training needs of each levels of employees and coordinate them with training facilities and resources
Requirements
• A Possess a degree in Human Resource Management or full Professional Qualification in HRM (CIPM)
• A Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive in a service environment.
• A Previous experience in handling Training and Development function in an organization, would be an added advantage
• Knowledge in employee relation and industrial relation
• Age below 35 years
• Good Communication skills, Follow-up skills, Attention to Detail, and working on Timelines.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal & Communication skills.
• Female Candidate related to Kiribathgoda/Biyagama/Makola/Udupila are preferred
