Candidate Profile
Should have passed the GCE(A/L).
(if in commerce stream is an advantage)
HRM or equivalent professional qualification
- 1 Years’ experience in a similar role.
Ability to work with MS Office packages. - Must be fluent in English and have good communication.
•Ability to maintain confidently.
Team working & multi-tasking. Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Job Responsibility - Carry out pre and post hiring activities and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain file and records so they remain update and easily accessible. •Manage employee life cycle changes by updating the HRIS, preparing letters & etc.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
