The ideal candidate should be:
Part qualified in CIPM-CQHRM or Certificate / Diploma in HR from any other reputed institute.
Minimum one-year experience in a similar capacity.
Possess a sound academic background with G.C.E O/L & G.C.E A/L.
Possess excellent communication (both English & Sinhala) and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and passionate individual with positive attitudes.
• Age between 25-35 years.
• Computer Literate.
• Highly organized with attention & ability to work under minimum supervision. Female candidates preferred.
