Qualifications & skills
Degree, diploma, or equivalent
professional qualifications.
Good computer literacy.
Experience in HR field will be added advantage.
Team player with strong inter personnel skills and integrity.
- Priority will be given to applicants
living in Kaduwela, Melleriyawa, Gothatuwa, and Battaramulla. - Age below 27.

Duties and responsibilities
Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues. Assisting departments with their recruitment needs, interviewing them and administering the process.
Conducting inductions of new staff. Attendance monitoring and record keeping.
Inputting into the monthly payroll.
Introduce HR policies & procedures.
Handling employee statutory
requirements and documents.
Responding to any other HR related ad-hoc queries.
