Fame Global Solutions PVT Ltd, an organization diversified in to Telecommunications, Electrical, Renewable Energy and IT Engineering Service as well as Human Resource Outsourcing Contact Centre solutions sectors in Sri Lanka.

HR ASSISTANT

Job Qualifications

Minimum 01 years’ or more Experience in Human Resources field.

■A Degree / Advanced Diploma (03 years) in HRM, Business Management, Business Administration from a recognized university would be an added advantage.

or Part Professional Qualification in the relevant field.

G.C.E (O/L) qualification with credit passes for English and Mathematics and G.C.E (A/L) qualification.

Excellent writing & oral communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaing HR-related reports.

Maintain CV database and providing accurate data to the management.

Schedule and organize interviews on proper manner and conduct reference checks on possible candidates.

Attend to all pre-recruitment procedures such as calling candidates for interviews, sending selected candidates for medical examination and clearance from Police.

Analyze recruitment details & give feedback and update the superior time to time.

Support Recruitment campaigns, onboarding

activities.

Assist with HR administrative tasks, including data.

entry, document management and maintaining employee records and files.

Assist in HR policy development initiatives, process documentation and employee engagement activities.
