POST OF HR ASSISTANT / HR EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities:

Executing the talent acquisition process

Carry out the on-boarding & off-boarding process.

Responsible for payroll inputs processing

Responsible for attendance & leave records handing

Maintaining employee’s personal files, service records & HRIS.

Handling ABH registration, ETF & EPF claim forms & related matters.

Handling employee disciplinary inquiry process & grievances

Responsible for company insurances & staff insurances

Support day to day HR operations

Compile & maintain HR records & other HR documentation

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/PQHRM or any other professional qualification from a recognized institute.

Minimum 2-3-year experience in a similar capacity.

Possess sound knowledge in best HR practices.

Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Reading a degree will be added an advantage.
