A well established leading Cash on Delivery Service with having island wide branch network, looking for young energetic & competent candidates. Applications are now called for the following mentioned positions for immidiate recruitment.

Applicants who are from KOTTE, BATTARAMULLA and COLOMBO SUBURBS are preferred.

HR ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age below 27 years
• Male or Female candidates
• G.C.E. Advance Level with 03 passes
• Professional qualification in HR field or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute
• Computer literacy is must
• Minimum 01 year experience in HR field
• Should have a sound knowledge in operating with a HRIS system, labour laws etc.

Good Communication skills and excellent in team working

• Ability to work under pressure

HR EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age below 27 years
• Female candidates only
• Professional qualification in HR field or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Possess more than 03 years experience in the HR field is required.
• Excellent Communication skills in both Sinhala & English (written & spoken)

Must be familiar with labor, liaise with labor department and other related forums would be a definite advantage

Should be a good team player & ready to work with time targets

Ability to work under pressure
