HR Assistant & Admin Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide assistance to the Head of HR with secretarial –

tasks

Facilitate entire employment process from – onboarding to off boarding of Senior Managers and C

level Officers

Maintain personal files –

Engage in Event Co-ordination –

Assist with HRIS Data Migration project activities –

Assist with Admin related work in the HR Division –

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience including exposure in HR processors and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Sinhala both)
  • Proficiency in MS Applications
  • Knowledge of HRIS
  • Attention to details, positive and pleasant personality
