Job Description.
As a HR Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and handling the day-to-day HR activities. You will also be responsible for identifying any payroll issues and miscalculations. In addition to this, you should be able to update and maintain employees’ details in both online and offline mode.
Key Responsibilities
✓Managing and Updating attendance system
Maintaining and Updating payroll information and resolving Responsible for employee final Payments
✓ Responsible for Monthly Payroll processing and payroll related reports
✓ Assists For HR Day today functions
Respond effectively and timely manner to all assignments consigned by superiors
Qualifications
Should have a diploma or Higher Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized
institution.
✓ Computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills.
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Understanding and practical knowledge of labour laws and statutory returns
✓ Age below 30.
✓ Preferably candidates residing close to Homagama, Godagma. Thalawathugoda. Athurugiriya & Kottawa
