We Are Hiring Now HR Assistant
Responsibilities
► Foster a safe work environment with open communication channels.
► Hiring employees at all seniority levels at our campus.
➤ Develop the company payroll.
► Resolve disputes and other possible issues within the company.
► Conducting exit interviews with the outgoing staff members.
► Identify and provide counseling for employees in distress.
► Fulfill and adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance.
► Creating company policies based on the best HR practices.
► Ensure diversity at our workplace.
Requirement
► Degree from a recognized university in HRM or Professional/Chartered Qualification at CIPM or equivalent Qualification.
► Minimum two (02) years’ experience in similar capacity.
► Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Sinhala. Tamil Language would be an added advantage.
► Excellent Computer Literacy and analytical skills.
