The leading importer and wholesaler of automotive spare parts in Sri Lanka is currently on the search for talented and energetic young individuals to fill the following vacancy:

HR ASSISTANT

Qualification & Requirements

• Completed or partially completed degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 Year experience in similar capacity.
• Previous experience in handling payroll, attendance in the HRIS System will be a definite advantage.
• Knowledge of fundamental labour law and HR Practices.
• Candidates must be fluent in written and verbal Sinhala and English communication with good computer literacy is must.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work under minimum

supervision.

• Excellence in time management.
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
