Tasma International Manpower Suppliers (Pvt) Ltd pioneered and established in providing Human Resource solutions to any type of Businesses Island widely. We Tasma engage in providing total Human Resource solutions for various category of manpower requirements to all different type of operations and management in any industry.
We are looking for a result oriented young dynamic personals with related qualifications to join with us in below positions.
Job Responsibilities

  • Assist and implement HR Procedures and Practices
  • Supporting statutory payment process and correspondence in administrative work
  • Ensuring all documents are updated and distributed in a timely manner to ensure stable process
  • Prepare and present reports, handle documentation process with ability to work in a computerized environment
  • Team player with good work ethic and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong “people skills” to be able to deal with various personalities and levels within and outside of the organization
    Requirements
  • Fully/ part professional qualifications related HR would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of handling EPF/ETF and other statutory payment documentations
  • Knowledge of handling monthly Payroll processing and payroll related reports
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent practice in MS office packages and English & Sinhala typing
  • Outgoing personality with good command of English oral & written
