HR & Admin Assistant
The ideal candidate should meet the below mentioned qualifications.
Diploma in Human Resources Management or Any other qualification
from recognized Institution
Minimum one year experience in general HR & Administrative functions.
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Good speaking and written skills in both English and Sinhala languages
Should be able to work with MS Office Package
Ability to work under pressure.
Male candidates are preferred.
Age Range 20-30 years.
Job Role
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
Handle HR-related administrative tasks. including document preparation and filing.
Maintaining Employee Personal Files.
