Chef- De- Parties

Half Chef of Parties

Ideal candidates should have: –

• Qualification in culinary operation
• Proven records in a similar role at least for 10 years at a star class hotel
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines and ingredients • Commitment to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Excellent communication & leadership skills

Stewarding Section

Chief Steward

Should have knowledge in handing equipmentand chemicals with at least 5 years’ experience at a star class hotel

Kitchen Stewards

Preferably with more than 01 year experience at a star class hotel
