As a Chef-De-Partie, you shall be responsible for: –

• Menu Planning
• Culinary creativity
  Kitchen leadership
• Quality assurance
• Cost control
• Adherence to safety & hygiene standards
• Team collaboration
  The ideal candidate should have: –
• Qualification in culinary operation
• Proven records as a Chef De Partie or a similar role at least for 10 years at a star-class hotel
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and ingredients
• Commitment to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
