HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. -Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. -Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Marketing Leadership:
Realtor LANKA PROPERTIES PVT LTD

-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. -Oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive marketing materials, both online and offline.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
Team Management:
-Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team through recruitment, training, and development. -Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team.
-Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to build long-term client relationships.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
-Prepare regular reports for senior management on key performance metrics and insights.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the real estate industry. -Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. -Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
