Group Transport Manager

We’re currently seeking a talented and proactive Group Transport Manager to join our Group Transport Team.
Key Responsibilities

Inspecting transport vehicles, ensuring their safety, and checking to see if they need maintenance work.
Organizing and maintaining the efficiency of the entire transport service.
Arranging routine maintenance of vehicles of the group.
Communicating with vehicle drivers, ensuring that they are kept up to date with relevant training and/or qualifications.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in transportation management, with a focus on fleet
operations.
Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance
requirements.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Organizing and scheduling transport staff shifts. Conducting risk assessments of transport
systems.

Organizing training and development days for transport staff.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Working out a strategy that factors in customer
satisfaction and ease of use.
