Job Description:

We are looking for a talented, creative, and versatile Graphic Designer cum IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role blends imaginative design with technical know-how-ideal for a multi-skilled professional who can shape our brand identity while supporting our IT infrastructure.

As a Graphic Designer, you will bring fresh, original ideas to the table and create impactful visual content for both digital and print media, helping to elevate our marketing and communication strategies. Your creative thinking and eye for detail will be key in developing designs that are not only visually stunning but also strategically aligned with our brand goals.

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, ensuring systems run smoothly, and maintaining the company’s digital platforms. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting issues, maintaining data security, and enhancing the overall digital experience for staff and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Generate innovative visual concepts and execute designs for social media, websites, advertising, and print materials.

Apply creative thinking to develop branding materials, marketing collateral, and multimedia content.

Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all platforms.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visual communication.

IT Administration:

Manage the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, networks, and software systems.

Handle and engage in all company websites & social media

Provide IT support to staff and resolve technical issues promptly.

Maintain and update the company website and ensure optimal performance.

Oversee system backups, cybersecurity protocols, and IT documentation..

Education & Experience:

Diploma in Graphic Design, IT, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a dual-role environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.).

Should have a creative mind and ability to visualize and build concepts quickly.

Solid knowledge of IT systems, networking, and basic website management.

Knowledge in all graphic designing software

Skills in latest trends of design

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
