We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms.

The Job:

Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing

materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, etc. Develop creative assets for digital platforms, including social media graphics,

website banners, email templates, etc.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs

brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design projects

Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Canva to bring concepts to life

Stay updated with the latest design techniques, and tools to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related field

Minimum of 1 year experience in graphic design roles, preferably in a marketing agency.

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Demonstrated success in creating visually appealing design that effectively

communicates the brand messages & drive engagement.

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to receive feedback and iterate designs effectively

Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling principles
