FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR / RECEPTIONIST
- 2+ years of experience in similar capacity at a reputed star class hotel
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform front office operations including reservations, guest relations and check-in/check-outs.
- Ability to participate in a sales and marketing that results in optimum rate and occupancy of the hotel.
- Experience in night audit functions and able to perform rotating shifts including the night shift.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality who is customer oriented with professional attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, passionate, self-motivated, multitasking and proactive.
