Are you a skilled Front Office Manager/ Assistant Front Office Manager seeking a dynamic role in the heart of the hospitality industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at the Calm Resort & Spa, a premier establishment known for its commitment to excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting in overseeing all aspects of the
front office operation efficiently and
effectively.
Planning and forecasting future arrivals, attending to special guest requests and requirements, and ensuring
communication with relevant departments.
REQUIREMENTS
Assisting in the preparation of statistical/performance/forecast reports
to facilitate annual budgeting/strategic planning and provide management information.
Ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction while handling
complaints promptly.
Degree/Diploma/Professional qualification in Tourism/Hospitality Management
from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry, is essential to perform this role.
- An understanding of hotel operations, proficiency in the Opera system, along with excellent English communication, PR, problem-solving, negotiation, and situational skills are key attributes and competencies sought.
