Front Office Assistant

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Female candidates below 28 years of age
High school or diploma level
One year experience as receptionist, call center or customer relations
Customer service-oriented mindset and a friendly demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is must
Proficiency in using MS Office applications and social media platforms
Must have outstanding interpersonal skills with multi-tasking ability
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet visitors and provide them with a professional and welcoming experience
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate Dep. or employee
Handle incoming and outgoing mail in timely manner
Promptly attending to clients’ inquiries and responding to social media reviews and comments
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area diligently
Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
