FRONT DESK OFFICER/ADMIN ASSISTANT
JOB ROLE
Perform Key reception Functions (Answering and transferring calls to relevant departments, making appointments, handling customer requests, etc.)
Type and prepare a variety of written documents (Letters, Notices, etc.)
Maintain various departments’ records and files
Perform routine bookkeeping work
Sort and distribute incoming emails to relevant parties in the office. And prepare outgoing emails
Properly maintain and process various incoming and outgoing documents
Handle the admin work under the supervision of the operations manager
Perform related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Completed a diploma in English or relevant academic background
Fluency in Sinhala and English. (Fluency in Tamil will be a definite advantage)
1 to 2 years experience in the same field in a reputed organization
Thorough knowledge of MS office and Email Writing
Age below 35 years
