ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
The Job Functions
JUNIOR/SENIOR)
• Manage the general administrative tasks of the company.
• Oversee inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained for smooth daily operations.
• Handle documentation tasks efficiently whilst maintaining accurate records.
• Perform HR related tasks of the Factory.
• Collaborate with relevant staff, branches, and departments within the group, fostering effective communication and coordination.
• Overlook the upkeep of the factory facilities.
The Person
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
⚫2-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent computer literacy and communication

• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
