Our Sri Lankan company Lipins Partners Pvt Ltd which is a liaison office for our Australian Operations are now employing talented team members specifically for one of our Prestigious HR Clients – the Lawson HR Group in Melbourne.

The Role
The Finance Assistant will provide a professional, supportive environment to the Finance Manager, Directors, and all staff within the company. The Finance Assistant will also use exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to prioritise work requests. The Finance Assistant will support our day-to-day transactions including expenses and Temp Payroll.
We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
TEMP Payroll

Training

  • Temp Payroll – Provide direct support to the Finance Manager
    Temp onboarding and exiting finance administration
    ·
    Temp costing/margin controlling
    ·
  • Temp checking and processing of timesheets
    ·

    Assessing and responding to a range of temp payroll-related queries
    Supporting with end-to-end Temp Payroll processing
    Process Invoices to Clients after Temp Payroll
    Provide weekly accounts receivable reports to the Directors
    Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
    Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
    The Finance Assistant will have high levels of
    Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
    .
    Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
    Advanced MS Excel Skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
    .

    Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero)
    Organisational and time-management skills
    Ability to multitask

    Can work independently and with minimum supervision
    .

    This position will report directly to the Finance Manager and then to the Managing Director.
