FIELD OFFICER PLANTATION

A market leader in the footwear industry and a pioneer establishment in a diversified business conglomerate invites a qualified, results oriented, self-motivated, and dynamic individuals for the above position.

The role involves managing a plantation and nursery operation, including staff hiring, training, and supervision, budgeting, record-keeping, and crop planting and also involves inventory management, tracking growth, and procuring supplies. Furthermore responsibilities include liaising with authorities, and preparing reports.

Requiremets:

• Bachelor’s degree from an agricultural field.

Proven work experience on a plantation

Have good knowledge of both organic and inorganic fertilizers

Have knowledge of pest control and use of pesticides/herbicides/fungicides

Possesses honesty and integrity and safety conscious

Residents in Horana are preferred.
