Job Profile:

The Field Development Officers -FDO, are the face of FCIC. The FDO is responsible for identifying potential areas to develop the business, building awareness through financial literacy, and sourcing potential or prospective customers. FDO is responsible to the customer in effectively guiding them through the various processes like application, sanction disbursement, collection, etc. that enable the clients to enjoy the benefits of micro-financial services. All these products are expected to bring value to their lives.

Candidate’s Profile:

➤ More than One-Year Work Experience in Micro Finance Loans

Strong Interpersonal Skills

Sociable, collaborative but unbiased and impartial attitude in duty

Must have a valid motor bike license
