We are looking for you,

A degree in agriculture, agronomy, or a

related field.

Strong passion for agriculture and a deep

understanding of crop management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication

skills

• Proficiency in data collection and

analysis.

Ability to work independently and as

part of a team.

Familiarity with modern agricultural

technology and practices is a plus.

Valid drirer’s license and willingness

to travel to rural area

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Provide on-site support to local

farmers, including guidance on best

practices, crop management, and pest

control.

Monitor and report crop health. soil

quality, and weather conditions.

Collaborate with farmers to develop

Psoied acti0n plans for crop

pe

orement.

Conduct trainıng sessions and

workshops for famers to enhance their

agricultural knowledge and skills.

Collect and analyze data to identify

trends and opportunities for optimizing

agricultural processes.

Communicate effectively with the head

office and cross-functional teams to

ensure smooth operations, when buying

farmers products.

Foster strong relationships with local

commnities and stakeholders

Promote our company’s products and

services to farmers.
