We are one of the leading companies in importing, whole selling and distributing for hardware items, tires, tiles, bath ware appliances and many more sectors.

We are looking for experienced, proactive and self-motivated individual(s) who has the ability & commitment to work in a challenging environment to fill the following position.

FACTORY MANAGER

Work Location: Factory (Baduraliya)

Job Profile:

Factory Manager is accountable for continuous and smooth running of manufacturing operations, avoid manufacturing disruption due to machinery breakdown, manage employee absenteeism and ensuing targets are being carried out as scheduled.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Should have a minimum of 5 years work experience in Plywood manufacturing or similar manufacturing trade.
• Fully or part qualification in Production Management, Manufacturing Management or Mechanical stream.
• Directly supervision of employees in Production by Planning, Assigning, Directing work flow & Discipline employees.
• Should be able to introduce productivity improvements and maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing workers on the use of all control points, equipment’s and resources and maintain compliances with established regulations policies and procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision at all times.
• Fair interpersonal, presentation & communication skills.

Market based attractive remuneration package with the performance based bonus & other fringe benefits will be offered to the selected candidate depending on the qualifications and experience.
