Factory Accountant – Malwana

Job

Ensuring accurate financial records, efficient cost management, and compliance with other requirements within the manufacturing environment

Carry out Standard Cost estimates for New Products and Changes in existing Products

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Monitor and reconcile inventory balances, ensuring accurate valuation and proper accounting for production costs

Coordinate and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for the factory, working closely with operations and management teams to develop realistic financial plans

Provide financial analysis that support for decision-making

Collaborate the head office Finance team on internal and external auditors matters

Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks

Support continuous improvement initiatives for the operations

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Finance, or a related field CPA or CMA certification preferred

Minimum of 3 years proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting

Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred, with knowledge of cost accounting principles and

inventory management

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e. g., SAP. Oracle, QuickBooks) as well as Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
