Executive – Operations Head Office
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Processing credit files adhearing to internal and external credit guidelines and compliance requirements to ensure zero errors before credit approval.
Responsible for RMV transfer process and After transfer CR Process
Issuance of letters requested by the customers
Effectively coordinate with entire branch network to ensure smooth business operation
Support vehicle insurance process
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BSc. in Business Management or equivalent qualification will be an acced advantage
Should have a minimum of 01 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Ability to strategize and solve problems
A good team player, adaptability to change, and good communication skills
