Executive Officer – Talent Acquisition
Job Profile

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding Implement best practices for attracting, assessing and selecting candidates
• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement
  Stay updated on industry trends and labor laws to ensure compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and platforms
• Identifying and implementing cost⚫ optimization for recruitment such as automation and digitization
• Ability to thrive in a very fast paced and agile environment
  Applicant’s Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized body
  Qualification in HR analytics is an added advantage
• Minimum 05 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and HR processes
  Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office packages Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  and
  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  Strong team player with a result driven approach
