Job Profile

Thorough understanding of SLFRS-09 guidelines and Central Bank regulations related to classification / recognition / measurement of credit facilities, upgrading of credit facilities and assessment of objective evidence for Individually significant customers

Proven ability to independently review corporate exposures through in-depth analysis of financial statements, including financial position statements, cash flow statements and management accounts to identify potential risks and stress levels

Measurement of expected credit losses of Individually significant customers through evaluating contractual cash flows and expected cash flow principles

Sound knowledge of various financial analysis techniques and industry-specific performance metrics relevant to the Bank’s operations

Applicant’s Profile

Should be below 35 years of age.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any related field from a recognized local or foreign university.

Minimum of five (05) years work experience in a well-established local/ foreign bank or financial institution.

Preferably, one (01) year of experience in independent reviews of cash flow projections of Individually Significant Customers in accordance with SLFRS-09 Guidelines in measurement of expected credit losses.

Excellent computer literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
