The job

• Plan & supervise routine & preventive maintenance activities related to generators and Earthing and Electrical (E & E) maintenance at regional level in order to ensure smooth operation
  Attend/ supervise generator and E & E breakdown/maintenance activities as per given SLAs • Maintain the right amount of power equipment related spare parts (Generator and E & E) to minimize the impact during a failure
• Timely execution of all power engineering related projects & deliver within given SLAs
• Monitor & execute assigned power related tasks as per the standard operation procedures defined by the organization
• Ensure timely payments for completed power engineering related tasks to external stakeholders and timely execution of power acquisition.
• Guide regional teams to minimize OPEX and CAPEX requirements related to power system operations
• Conduct special projects to improve the overall efficiency of power system operations
• Co-ordinate with CEB and external parties
  The person
• B.Sc. degree in Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized university accredited by IESL
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Specially in effective communication, time management, leading teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Minimum 2 years work experience in power engineering projects will be an added advantage
