Job Description
The primary function of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineers is to ensure the quality of their company’s Project by participating in each stage of a project implementation, beginning with development, and ending with packaging.
➤ Supporting the Construction Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality
matters.
➤ Implementing of the Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Control Plans on the site.
Supervising inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and filing of the required Quality Records.
➤ Managing and participating to all the internal/external audits.
Coordinating the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials, work done etc.
➤ Supervising the correct equipment calibration management activities.
Attend client quality management meetings with relevant data ready and compiled.
Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance (NCR) reports.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
➤ Preparation of Work Method Statements for various works as per Contract.
Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site team, Client, Consultant & Project Stakeholders.
➤ Raising work inspection and Joint measurements requisitions.
Conducting site inspections internally and then with Client and Consultant representatives.
Coordinating with Client & Consultant for snag list and attending the same with site team Maintaining log register of Inspection reports, Datasheet reports, NCRs, Drawing register etc., on day-to-day basis.
Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives. Monitor statistical method reporting.
➤ Action and close all customer complaints.
▸ Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
➤ Experience in developing and reviewing project quality plans, contract documents and project specifications.
▸ Coordinate Testing Methodology with Consultant, Approvals, preparation of Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handing over to end users.
