Micronet Information System (pvt) Ltd Site Support Engineer (Freshers / Trainees)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain local servers – Operating system and hardware support

Maintain network equipment Switch, Firewall and routers etc

Manage new computer setup and other IT requirements for new staff

Responsible for maintenance and control of IT Hardware inventory and application

licenses of customers

Interact with IT service providers at operational level for any connectivity troubleshooting support required.

Perform and monitor daily backups and offsite tape storage

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned from time to time Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance

Profile

Degree/diploma in IT or Computer Science

1 Year experience in Information Technology management

First level support knowledge in windows operating system. file and proxy servers tape drives and printers

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Strong problem solving and communication skill required

Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skill
