ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Requirements

NVQ Level 03 or 04 from a recognized institute, specialized in electrical engineering.

Minimum 02-03 years’ experience in the similar works.

• Knowledge of building maintenance would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Electronic controls.
• Hands on experience in AC maintenance
• Should have a valid driving license.
• Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.
• Ability to work well with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ability to carry out scheduled maintenance of the building (water pumping systems, AC systems etc.)
• Familiar with general maintenance tools and assorted industrial equipment.
• Highly skilled in electrical system troubleshooting.
• Ensure to follow health and safety industry standards at the workplace.
• Undertake corrective maintenance works efficiently and effectively.
• Need to work on weekends and holidays as and when required.
• Respond promptly to emergency call-outs.
