The Person…
1 BSc Degree /Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Bulding Service
- More than 05 years’ experience in Building Maintenance is a must. Including.
-Electrical Maintenance (Electrical Distribution System, BMS system, lightning & earthing system)
-Air Conditioning Systems
- Fire Detection and Protection Systems – EL Systems
- Building Management System
- Plumbing & drainage, pumps & motors
- Knowledge m Civil Engineering will be an added advantage
- Fluency in English, both oral & written is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Auto CAD
- Age below 55 years
- The candidate should be a team player with a “Can do attitude” who is capable of working long hours under pressure and travelling as and when required.
