Key Responsibilities

Assist the manufacturing engineer in troubleshooting electrical issues related to bonding machines used in the apparel industry.

Collaborate with the engineering team to implement electrical systems for bonding machines, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of electrical components within bonding machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

Support the installation and setup of new bonding machines(new design upgrades), ensuring proper electrical connections and functionality.

Perform electrical safety inspections on bonding machines and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Provide training and guidance to production staff on electrical procedures and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

A diploma in electrical engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

3-5 Years experience in the similar capacity.

Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of industrial automation systems and control systems.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
