DISTRIBUTION CENTRE MANAGER (NORTH)

JOB PROFILE

The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up a new Distribution Centre in the Northern region. She must manage the Distribution Centre operations including inventory management, monitoring credit, cash collections and overseeing the fixed assets while ensuring security and safety of the premises along with the other general administration activities. Further she should be able to manage operational activities of the Distribution Centre independently and manage the centre staff with adequate supervision and support required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Degree/Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, ora professional qualification in ICASL/CIMA

Mirumum 5 years’ experience at a reputed organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala/English/Tamil

will be essential

Project management skills Strong interpersonal skills

Previous experience working in an ERP environment would be an added advantage
