Imperial Edutech (Pvt) Ltd. is a subsidiary of a UK-based educational organisation that specialises in professional online courses with global recognition. We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who has a cheerful attitude and is committed to providing an excellent client experience.
Job Role:
•Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats.

  • Responding to consumer inquiries and concerns from both UK and international clients.
    Contacting new & existing customers to offer our services/products.
    Maintaining & updating relevant trackers
    Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ related work experience Strong command of English
    Very good telephone voice & etiquette Capable of working under pressure
  • Computer literate
  • Good team player
    Living within Colombo city limits.
    Willing to work UK hours (1.30pm – 10.30pm)
    What We Offer:
  • An attractive basic salary range of Rs. 40.000- Rs. 60.000 (depending on your skill & experience) + monthly commissions.
  • Transportation will be provided at night from office to your home.
